I have been felting for fifteen years and have taught workshops for adults and children in North America, the UK, and Aotearoa New Zealand. My animals and birds are hand-crafted from wool and silk, using a combination of wet felting and needle felting techniques. Each figure is hand-sewn from natural fibres and inspired by vintage illustrations. I work out of a small home studio, surrounded by a cacophony of cicadas and children. Alongside felting, I study art history and English literature at the University of Auckland.
